you are welcome to participate in the Doctor Web OEM-partnership program and take advantage of our marketing and technical support.

A company that obtains the status of Dr.Web OEM-partner assumes the following responsibilities:

• To sell Dr.Web OEM-licenses only, bundled with manufactured or sold computers;
• To comply with copyrights regarding products and trademarks owned by Doctor Web;
• To comply with Dr.Web brand requirements;
• To understand and be able to explain to users the distinctive features of Dr.Web anti-virus and its advantages over competing products (informational materials are available);
• To provide users with sufficient and complete information about Doctor Web and Dr.Web anti-viruses, following Doctor Web's recommendations;
• To advise customers on how to install and register Dr.Web programs;
• To provide customers with comprehensive information regarding the renewal of OEM-licenses at a discount;
• To participate in marketing Doctor Web programs for OEM-partners.

Failure to comply with any of the terms listed above instantly deprives a partner of OEM-partner status and the right to sell Dr.Web OEM-licenses.

Publishing of Dr.Web OEM-products
Please address your requests regarding publishing of OEM-products and placement of a logo of an OEM-partner on OEM-cards published by Doctor Web (an order for 5000 pieces or more) to a sales person of Doctor Web you are in contact with.

All OEM-products are fully functional versions of Dr.Web anti-viruses with no limitations apart from duration of use.

Licensing of OEM-versions
OEM-licenses contain a serial number for Dr.Web Security Space that is valid for 6 months. The term of an OEM-license starts as soon as a user registers his serial number. Access to the Internet is required to register.

Users can renew a Dr.Web OEM-license at a discount. Both valid and expired OEM-licenses can be renewed. The size of the discount depends on the length of the renewal license. In order to renew a license, a user must have a license serial number or key file that is valid for at least six months. It should also have the “OEM” indication in the [Dealer] section.

OEM-versions can be delivered as follows:

1. Electronic Dr.Web OEM-licenses
   The delivery-set includes a serial number.
2. Dr.Web OEM-cards
   The delivery packet includes:
   • an envelope (a partner can display their logo in the envelope);
   • an OEM-card with a serial number attached to a booklet describing all Dr.Web products;
   • a ”Protected by Dr.Web” sticker (optional).
